Saturday, April 8: SAPPORO TO TOKYO

Leisurely morning - sleep in and pack, check out. 

Lunch at Train station. Then the train to Chitose Airport.  

1 hour wait then a there's a time change, 

The flight changed planes, so we have to recheck luggage 

and wait some more.  

Rough flight and arrive late.  

Back at the Lively. I like this room better.

Now to dinner for steak at 37 STEAK HOUSE.

Sunday, April 9: TOKYO

Breakfast at the Lively with Dave,

then I work on the blog from my room.

Meet Hisanori Kato for late lunch at SARASHINA-HORI

 

Hello to friends at ISCSC!

Hisanori has to go home and prepare for the new semester 

(which starts tomorrow,) so I walk to Arisugawa Park

  

  

It's a Sunday so families are everywhere.

I walk the back streets to the Lively.

Monday, April 10: TOKYO

Sleep in, check email, blog, etc. 

Meet Dave in workspace/lobby at 12:00 noon.

We tour the Meiji Temple and Garden.

Have a bite to eat and take the train to Tokorozawa - 
to meet Mustuko for early dinner at Kichiri

Note: My Grandmother and her Grandfather were siblings.

Tuesday, April 11: TOKYO

Last breakfast at Lively. 

Take a walk, pack up, work on blog.

Outing for the afternoon -
Sumida river cruise and Asakusa for Sukiyaki

Taxi home at 5:00 for move to AirBnB

 

Settle in, figure out the Netflixs, work on Blog then bed.

Wednesday, April12: TOKYO 

Go to store to buy some coffee, bread, snacks,
enjoy the room and neighborhood.

 

Talked to John and messaged Ann.

10-10:30 Dave picks me up.

We take the train to Shibuya for the Shibuya Sky.
